  § 146-3.2. BASIS FOR ESTABLISHING THE AREAS OF SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD

    The areas of special flood hazard for the Town of Harrison Community Number 360912 are identified and defined on the following documents prepared by the Federal Emergency Management Agency:

    B. 
    The above documents are hereby adopted and declared to be a part of this Local Law. The Flood Insurance Study and/or maps are on file at the Building Department of the Town of Harrison, 1 Heineman Place, Harrison, NY.
